Moving out.

I’m moving out of the house in Saginaw and into an apartment with Shane and Aaron. It should be interesting to say the least. And really I was thinking about it and I might just stop doing stupid things to watch them do stupid things.

Update:
They are still trying to verify my employment. My company and many other companies use a service from TheWorkNumber.com to handle their employment verification request for liability and other such legal reasons. The sales associates at the apartment complex we are moving into are lazy and wanted me to do all the leg work to verify my employment (Call TWN.com, pay the fee to get the information from TWN, fax the apartment complex the verification sheet, and pay an additional $35 for the application fee). Call me grumpy, old, tired, or whatever but I wasn’t going to hear that. I asked for the corporations number, who forwarded me to a voicemail of the regional manager, I called corporate back up and they gave me the home office of the Vice President/regional manager, after several calls to his office he answered and I explained the situation and he called the office up directly to straighten it out.

‘I drive a 2006 Mustang GT, I must have a big penis, and small brain.’

I was out for another late night drive after waking up from a day of sleeping (catching up from this week). I saw Shane was online and I haven’t spoke with him for a week. I asked if he wanted to accompany me on the drive and being who Shane is, he agreed.

After driving for about an hour I decide to wrap it up driving because I hit a pot hole that put a bulge in my passenger Eagle F1. I was marginally annoyed but they are covered under a road hazard policy through Discount Tire. I was waiting at the light just before my private mail box. The plan being check my mail, drop Shane off, and then go home. Well a Mustang pulls up next to me. And I’m not planning on racing him but he decides to hit the throttle and accelerate when it turns green. I of course can’t keep up with a V8 but I attempt to anyways. He didn’t go to fast and I caught up just before he turned off into a residential area. By the way I noticed he had a female in the car. So basically my thought was to scare them and then leave. They drive about 1.4 miles in this neighbor speeding up and slowing down randomly while I’m about 4 feet from his bumper, in the corners I’m drifting. He pulls over to a house. I’m thinking this guy is a moron if it is his house and Shane affirms that thought. I park my car up the street about 60 feet. We wait about 2 minutes and they they get out of the car. The driver leaves his door open (road side) and they start walking towards my car. The girl yells something and I didn’t understand so I say "What was that?" peering my head out of the car, "I asked is there a problem?" She had bigger ballz than her boyfriend. Keep in mind it looks like the boyfriend is on the phone, I was thinking with 911. I replied "No I don’t think so." I lite up the tires in reverse, all the way off the street and have the idea ‘I think I’m going to help him out.’ I hall ass around the neighborhood coming from the other side on same street. They apparently thought they’d catch me on foot and continued chasing me in the same direction leaving the car unattended. I drive by it, stick my arm out, and close his door, and then turn off my lights (so my license plate isn’t illuminated). They see me and get pissed and start running towards me. I accelerate towards them and decide that was fun but I’m out. We leave and resume checking my mail box. As we are leaving we see a cop heading into the same neighbor, "Fuck this" I say to Shane and take the shortest and drive legally back to Shane’s house and chill there for about 10 minutes, like a turbo cool down before heading to my house.

So the lesson here is if you are going to even partially challenge someone just realize there maybe someone as crazy as me behind the wheel of the other car, Cops respond pretty quickly to disturbance calls (15 minutes max), and if you are going to close someone else’s door while driving by do it with a glove on so your prints that were took when you were hired for work aren’t on the car (you’ll sleep better)….Curious got the best of me and before I finished writing this post I went back in the other car to check out to see if the cops were still there. They weren’t. But it was his house he parked at, idiot.

Slide-Factory

I hung out with the upper leaders of Slide-Factory. I can’t even fully describe how incompetent I feel my driving skills are.
